Derlyz was founded by revenue cycle leaders who spent a decade watching talented billing teams burn out on manual reconciliation. We believe healthcare finance deserves better tools — and we're building them.

We started Derlyz because the tools our teams were handed didn't respect the complexity of the work. Healthcare AR is hard, and the people doing it deserve systems that actually help.

From internal Excel tool to enterprise platform.
2023
An Excel tool named Resolve
What became Derlyz started as a VLOOKUP-powered workbook for matching unidentified patient claims across one health system. Within six months, every biller on the team was asking when we'd build the "real version."
2024
A proper platform
We rebuilt the tool as a web application with a real database, role-based access, and audit logs. Two partner clinics went live. Unidentified cash dropped 58% in the first quarter.
2025
Derlyz is founded
Derlyz incorporated with a seed round led by operator-investors from the RCM space. We expanded the team with clinicians, EDI engineers, and a founding customer success lead.
2026
The four-module platform
Derlyz now ships as four integrated modules — Reconcile, Resolve, Post, and Insights — serving health systems, physician groups, and third-party billing companies across the U.S.
