How long is a typical demo?
30 minutes. We spend the first 10 understanding your payer mix and pain points, then walk through a live run on anonymized data that mirrors your workflow.
Will you ask for our PHI during evaluation?
No. Evaluation demos use anonymized data. Once a BAA is in place and you've decided to pilot, we stand up a scoped environment and phase in your data with your security team.
Do you work with third-party billing companies?
Yes — several of our customers are RCM service organizations managing multiple provider groups. Derlyz supports multi-tenant configurations with per-client segregation and reporting.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a self-serve trial because healthcare data needs to be handled carefully. We do offer a paid pilot program with clear success metrics and a full refund if milestones aren't met.
